AbbVie is seeking a MAVYRET Marketing Manager to lead Peer-to-Peer education, conferences, and HCP channels, crafting brand strategies and tactical initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Partner with Marketing Analytics, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Sales to drive compliant promotions, manage agencies, and budget while translating insights into field-ready messaging that advances MAVYRET’s commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead P2P strategy and execution with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee Speaker Program Operations with cross-brand coordination.
• Manage MAVYRET Speaker Bureau with Propel partnership.
• Develop core HCP personal promotional assets with brand leads.
• Define MAVYRET conference strategy and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliant execution across promotional touchpoints and labeling.
• Translate customer insights into messaging and optimize claims.
• Set direction for agencies, budgets, timelines, and measurement.
• Assess market dynamics and develop market-shaping strategies.
• Collaborate with field sales to inform tactics and brand strategy.
