Job summary

Peco Foods, Inc. is seeking an HCM Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management. You will help maintain reliable HCM operations through reporting, data validation, issue resolution, user assistance, system administration, and change support.

Responsibilities include developing UKG reports, verifying data quality, configuring systems, and coordinating with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to implement practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of experience in IT, business systems, data analysis, HRIS/HCM, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data review and validation.
• Ability to quickly learn complex enterprise systems and data relationships.
• Clear written and verbal communication for nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented work approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical and functional support for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management.
• Develop and maintain UKG reports and queries; fulfill reporting requests.
• Review HR data for accuracy; resolve data quality issues.
• Diagnose and resolve UKG problems related to employee records, timekeeping, and security.
• Assist with UKG configuration, security, upkeep, and administration as directed.
• Oversee interfaces and data transfers between UKG and connected apps.
• Participate in UKG upgrades; gather requirements and validate results.
• Create and update user guides, procedures, and troubleshooting references.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Assist with user training on UKG functionality, reporting tools, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HCM processes using UKG features.
• Safeguard confidential employee data in line with IT, security, and privacy policies.
• Serve as initial escalation resource for common HCM issues.
