Job summary

Peco Foods is seeking an HCM Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management. This role focuses on reliable HCM operations through reporting, data validation, issue resolution, and system administration.

You will work with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports, and guide users in leveraging UKG capabilities. Strong Excel, data analysis, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze data and improve processes for HRIS/HCM systems.
• Experience with Excel for data review, validation, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to learn enterprise systems quickly and map requirements to solutions.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro/Workforce Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management to HR and approved users.
• Develop and maintain UKG reports and queries; fulfill reporting requests.
• Review employee and timekeeping data for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
• Assist with UKG configuration, security, and administration under guidance of the HCM Administrator.
• Oversee data interfaces between UKG Pro, Workforce Management, and connected apps; address failures.
