Job summary

Insperity in Coppell, TX is seeking a Product Implementation and Support Specialist for Insperity Workday product and custom software. You will engage with client decision makers, perform configuration, testing, and documentation of HRMS workflows including payroll, time tracking, benefits and reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of system integration or HRMS implementation experience, strong communication, and the ability to design customer-focused training and manage project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field required.
• 3–5 years of systems integration or HRMS implementation experience.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults with client decision makers to analyze HRMS configuration and needs.
• Performs configuration, testing, validation of HRMS workflows (payroll, time tracking, benefits).
• Designs customized training and documents project deliverables.
• Travels to client sites for training as needed.
