Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in selling HCM or payroll services.
• Experience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HCM software solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities
