Job summary

Asure Software Inc. is seeking an HCM Sales Executive to build relationships with new clients and existing customers, creating revenue opportunities for our payroll, HR, and time & attendance platform.

You will identify prospects, penetrate the client base, and cultivate referrals from CPAs and financial professionals while leveraging Salesforce and virtual selling tools to drive a consistent sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years consultative software sales experience.
• Experience selling payroll, HR or related software and services preferred.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory through self-generation, heavy networking, and business development activities.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities and expand the scope of the Asure solution.
• Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers to penetrate the market.
• Create impactful presentations highlighting benefits of Asure solutions.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas; report activities in Salesforce.

How you will contribute

Our HCM Sales Executive is responsible for building business relationships with new perspective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions.

• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territorythroughself-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure Clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities enhancing value for the client by improving the scope of the Asure solution.
• Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers to further penetrate the market.
• Create high impact presentations designed to depict and highlight the benefits of proposed Asure solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quota.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.
• Engage in continuous learningto understand industry trends, evaluate the competitive HCM landscape, and incorporate new and evolving technology such as AI tools into your strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience selling payroll, HR or related software and services is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License to be eligible for hire.

Compensation

The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $110,000 - $133,000 annually, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
