Job summary

Insperity in Phoenix, AZ seeks an HCM Payroll Specialist I to deliver a premium customer experience through timely payroll processing and client support. You will learn our software system, troubleshoot issues, and build strong client relationships to demonstrate value in the Insperity partnership.

As part of the team, you will contribute to SOC-1 compliance, handle wage data, and ensure accurate, on-time payrolls for diverse clients while collaborating with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in payroll service bureau operations or payroll/customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to customer centric processes to deliver premium service.
• Responds promptly to customer requests and completes payrolls timely.
• Collects new customer data, reconciles wage details, and processes payrolls.
• Escalates complex issues and ensures resolution with stakeholders.
