Job summary

Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a full-time HCM Onboarding Specialist to ensure accurate importation of employee data into our system. You’ll collaborate with the implementation team to upload wage data, benefits, and payroll setup before going live.

The role requires precision, familiarity with HCM systems, and ability to build strong client relationships. We offer an entrepreneurial culture with leadership exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or similar project management tech.
• Experience with time-keeping solutions, preferably Swipeclock.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Upload employee wage data, banking information, and benefits accurately before live payroll.
• Perform quality assurance checks on benefit accruals, deductions and HR functions.
• Train internal teams on platforms like AllPay as needed.
• Forecast needs and support implementation to adjust project timelines.
