Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a full-time HCM Onboarding Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant importation of employee data into our system and benefits setup.

The role emphasizes high accuracy, collaboration with implementation teams, and QA of wage, banking, and tax data before the first live payroll. Prior HCM, SaaS, or CRM experience is valued, with Excel/SQL a plus.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or similar project management technology.
• Experience with time-keeping solutions, preferably Swipeclock.
• Ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; proficiency in Excel/SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload employee information into the system and ensure benefits are implemented correctly.
• Perform QA on wage data, banking details, tax liabilities, and agency POAs before live payroll.
• Train the team on platforms such as AllPay to ensure comfort with solutions.
• Assist the implementation specialist in forecasting needs and adjusting projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Direct, hands-on experience with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or similar project management technology
• Experience with time-keeping solutions, preferably Swipeclock
• Ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong internal and external relationships

We would prefer that our HCM Onboarding Specialist have a bachelor's degree, but it's not required for the right person. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or SQL Server would be a plus!

THE ROLE YOU'LL PLAY:

Our HCM Onboarding Specialist works closely with our implementation specialist to ensure employee information is properly uploaded into our system and that benefits (PTO, payroll, etc.) are implemented correctly. This role requires high levels of accuracy and sharp attention to detail, as you'll help make sure all employee wage data, banking information, tax liabilities, and agency POAs are correctly imported, balanced, and reconciled before the first live payroll.

You’ll also conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all benefit accruals, deductions, garnishments, and HR functions are being correctly implemented. When appropriate, you’ll help train our own team members on our platforms, such as AllPay, to ensure everyone’s comfortable with our various solutions. You’ll also play a part in our continued improvement by assisting the implementation specialist (and other stakeholders) in forecasting needs and adjusting projects accordingly.
