Job summary

Insperity is hiring for an HRMS implementation specialist in Houston to deliver product implementation and support activities, from client discussions to training and documentation for Insperity HCM products and Saas solutions.

You will coordinate with internal teams, consult with clients on HR/payroll setups, and configure software to optimize workflow efficiency. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in systems integration or enterprise HRMS implementation.
• Ability to interpret tax rules at the state, federal and local level for software configuration.
• Strong cross-departmental systems integration knowledge including time & attendance and benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering quality, on-time business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal project management to meet project deadlines.
• Consult with customer's key decision makers regarding HR, payroll, benefits and time setup.
• Advise clients on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Configure software to maximize HR/payroll/workflows and processes.
• Provide client administrative training on the iSolved platform.
• Facilitate scheduled client status calls and identify issues and escalations.
• Maintain high customer service standards to support retention.
• Develop relationships to integrate project deliverables with business goals.
