Qualifications

• Associate's degree and one year of related experience.
• Preferred: Notary Public or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of University System of Georgia (USG) or State of Georgia HR experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Performs HCM transactions in OneUSG: Hires, Terminations, Reporting Changes, Create Positions.
• Verifies employment, sends separation notices (Form DOL-800).
• Responds to emails and phone inquiries via [e-mail].
• Audits and verifies data in the HCM system.
• Runs queries to reconcile transactions against job bank data.
• Other duties as assigned.
