• Provide second-level production support for Payroll, Payroll Accounting, and related PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Mentor SMEs and support end users across multiple PeopleSoft modules.
• Analyze requirements, design and assist in development of solutions to meet business needs.
• Document functional requirements, system design specifications, use cases, and workflows.
• Provide end user training and participate in change control for releases.
