Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology.
• Experience with timekeeping solutions (Swipeclock preferred).
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Excel, human capital management, and SQL Server, along with a bachelor's degree, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• In this full-time role, you'll ensure every detail of payroll and HR data conversion is flawless.
• From importing wage data and tax liabilities to performing quality checks on PTO plans, benefits, and garnishments, you'll be the guardian of accuracy.
• You'll communicate project updates, assist with training, and actively drive Alliance HCM's vision, all while ensuring clients experience a seamless transition.
