Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks a Director of HCM Applications to lead the HCM technology strategy in either Jacksonville or Orlando, FL. You will direct Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM initiatives, talent management, recruiting, core HR, and related third-party products while partnering with HR and IS leadership to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience supporting, implementing, or leading enterprise HCM applications.
• Three or more years of leadership experience managing application teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Relevant Oracle Cloud HCM certifications or IT/HR technology certifications preferred.
• Healthcare or academic medical center enterprise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the HCM Applications team.
• Oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations, releases, and governance.
• Partner with HR leadership to align technology with business goals and roadmaps.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and product roadmaps.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across HCM systems.
• Lead planning for quarterly Oracle updates and testing activities.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous process improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and prioritization for HCM apps.
