Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks a Director of HCM Applications to lead the HCM systems strategy and operations in Jacksonville or Orlando, FL. You will oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM workflows across Talent Management, Recruiting, Core HR, and Compensation, aligning them with business goals and security standards.

You will partner with HR and IS leadership to roadmap initiatives, manage vendor relations, governance, and production readiness for quarterly Oracle updates, while mentoring the HCM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications desired.
• 7+ years in enterprise HCM applications, preferably healthcare.
• 3+ years of leadership and cross-functional initiative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the HCM Applications team.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation, updates, upgrades, and integrations.
• Partner with HR to translate business needs into technology solutions and maintain roadmap.
