Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Director of HCM Applications to lead our HCM technology strategy across Jacksonville or Orlando, FL. You will direct the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM roadmap, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure secure, scalable systems aligned with our pediatric health mission.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive experience with enterprise HCM applications.
• Three+ years of leadership overseeing application teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/HR/CS.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications or related PM/ITSM HR tech certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the HCM Applications team.
• Serve as IS leader for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications, including Talent Management, Recruiting, Core HR, and Compensation.
• Partner with HR leadership to translate business needs into an HCM roadmap.
• Oversee configuration, release management, and governance for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and third-party products.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and role-based access across HCM systems.
• Lead quarterly Oracle updates, testing, and production readiness activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and roadmaps for HCM tech partners.
• Establish support models, intake processes, and performance metrics.
