Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks a Director of HCM Applications to guide strategic leadership and operational oversight of HCM systems, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules such as Talent Management, Recruiting, Core HR, and Compensation. The role partners with HR, IS leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience supporting, implementing, or leading enterprise HCM applications; healthcare/academic medical center environment preferred.
• Three or more years of leadership experience managing application teams, technology projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Relevant Oracle Cloud HCM certifications or IT/HR tech certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the HCM Applications team, including system support, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications, including Talent Management, Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, and related modules.
• Partner with HR leadership to translate requirements into technology solutions and maintain an HCM roadmap.
• Oversee configuration, release management, and governance for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and third-party products.
• Ensure stability, data integrity, security, compliance, and proper RBAC across HCM systems.
• Manage quarterly updates, patches, testing, and production readiness activities.
