Job summary

Hills & Dales in Dubuque, IA is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee day-to-day operations of our community-based services program, ensuring quality care and support for clients. You would supervise DSPs, mentor staff, and collaborate with case managers to deliver exceptional services.

The role requires supervisory experience, relevant human services education, and a valid driver's license. Office hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm with on-call rotation including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field preferred; AA with 1 year direct care experience considered; or minimum of two years' experience in a direct care facility.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Mentor, train, and foster team cohesion.
• Collaborate with case managers and clients to ensure exceptional care and support.
• Contribute to strategic business direction under the guidance of the department director.
