Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer for the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Media Health team in Boise, Idaho.

You will develop and optimize test strategies for Micron's DRAM in HBM products, guiding Probe, Burn-in, and ATE test code while collaborating with Design, Test, and Yield groups. You will also debug test programs, analyze data, and use AI-enabled tools to improve test flows and product yield.

Qualifications

• Experience with DRAM or memory testing.
• Ability to present to partner teams.
• Automation of routine engineering tasks using AI scripts.
• Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and device degradation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Engineering to run pre-silicon simulations and validate DFT circuits.霧
• Coordinate pre-silicon tasks with MH and test teams to define tester resources.
• Ensure product requirements are understood and met by testing strategies.
• Debug test programs, examine data, and develop robust test flows for HBM devices.
• Provide training and act as a technical point of contact for engineers.
