Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Product Engineer for the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Media Health team. You will develop, deploy, optimize, and innovate test strategies for Micron's DRAM in HBM products and guide wafer-level testing, burn-in, and ATE test code development.

You will collaborate across Design, Yield Improvement, and Test Engineering to ensure product performance matches expectations, using AI to improve test flows and assist in root-cause analysis while supervising yields and

Qualifications

• 3 years DRAM or memory testing experience; equivalent experience accepted.
• Ability to craft and deliver presentations for partner teams.
• Support high-value Micron initiatives through key projects.
• Automate routine engineering tasks with AI-augmented scripts, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run simulations pre-silicon with Design to validate DFT circuits and test modes.
• Define tester resources with MH and test teams for pre-silicon tasks.
• Ensure product requirements are understood by Test Eng and MH Product Eng; assist in test development and data analysis.
• Support Process Integration and Yield Enhancement through test development and DOE data analysis.
• Debug failures with data-driven electrical and physical analysis to identify root causes.
• Leverage AI tools to improve test flows and yield in existing engineering processes.
• Supervise yields to ensure projections are met and investigate root causes when they are not.
• Provide On-The-Job training and act as a product-specific point of contact; participate in technical seminars.
