Micron Technology is seeking an Engineer – HBM Design for Test (DFT) to drive DFT architectures across HBM cores and base dies. You will define, implement, and support DFT features, partnering with multi-functional teams to ensure testability, quality, and manufacturability of current and next-generation HBM products.

You will collaborate with DFT Architecture, Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Test and Verification to support tape-out, silicon bring-up, and qualification, while

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor development with exposure to DFT, design, verification, test, or silicon debug.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and integrate DFT features for HBM die designs per architecture.
• Ensure DFT supports high quality, manufacturable memory products.
• Use AI-supported tools and flows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Test and Verification to map requirements to DFT implementations.
• Provide guidance and resolve DFT-related issues during build, tape-out, and silicon bring-up.
• Document DFT implementations and procedures for knowledge sharing.
