Micron Technology, located in Richardson, TX, seeks a Senior Engineer - HBM Design for Test (DFT) to lead the definition, implementation, integration, and support of DFT across HBM core die and base die for current and next‑generation products.

The role collaborates with DFT Architecture, Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Test, and Verification to ensure tape‑out, silicon bring‑up, and qualification meet quality and manufacturability targets, with emphasis on scalable methodologies and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in semiconductor development with exposure to DFT, design, verification, or silicon debug.
• 1+ year memory architectures experience (HBM/DRAM preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Implement and integrate DFT features for assigned HBM designs according to architecture.
• Develop and maintain DFT specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure DFT features meet test, quality, and manufacturability
• Identify and debug DFT issues during tape‑out and silicon bring‑up.
• Document implementations and share lessons learned.
