Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Electrical/Computer Engineering with strong memory system knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in digital design, verification and silicon debug.
• Understanding of DRAM/HBM architecture and high-speed interfaces.
• Familiarity with DFT/mBIST and post-silicon validation.

Responsibilities

• Design support and sustaining maintenance for HBM products.
• End-to-end silicon debug and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with DE/PE/TD and system teams for issue resolution.
• Identify yield, reliability, and performance issues and debug.
• Support customer bring-up and system-level debug activities.
• Contribute to design quality improvements and verification methods.
