Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior Manager, HBM Customer Integration Technical Leader to serve as the key technical interface between external customers and internal engineering teams, aligning customer requirements with HBM design and manufacturing across front-end and back-end.

You will lead multi-functional teams, drive integration success for advanced HBM products, mentor on architecture, signal integrity, and packaging, and help deploy AI systems to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating technical designs with customers and leading design reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis for integration issues and drive design or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer system architecture, requirements, and integration challenges.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements for internal design and manufacturing teams.
• Provide mentorship on HBM architecture, signal integrity, thermal solutions, and packaging strategies.
• Develop and deploy AI systems to automate processes and tackle technical challenges.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end process engineering, product development, and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration.
• Support design reviews, failure analysis, and yield improvement initiatives.
