Job summary

Synthomer plc seeks a Jefferson Sample Room Clerk to help maintain stock of samples and packaging supplies, repackage materials for shipment, and ensure proper labeling for safe handling.

You will follow DOT and IATA standards, use hazardous shipments software, and manage SAP transactions related to sample shipments while maintaining accurate records and housekeeping in the Sample Shipment area.

Qualifications

• High School education or the equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license; forklift training preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle a wide range of container sizes.
• Detail oriented with regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock of samples and packaging supplies.
• Repackage materials and apply correct labels for shipment.
• Follow DOT and IATA shipping standards.
• Prepare Hazmat sample shipments using required software.
• Record and track shipments; support sample central processes.
