Qualifications

• Requires effective communication in writing and verbal form.
• Must be organized and able to handle multiple shipments and priorities.
• Attention to detail required for packing, labeling and documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems and shipping compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipping activities for production and customers.
• Prepare packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels and freight docs.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal teams.
• Process shipping/receiving in ERP systems and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist warehouse operations including forklift use and material handling when needed.
