Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipping activities for production and customers.
• Prepare packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels and freight docs.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal teams.
• Process shipping/receiving in ERP systems and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist warehouse operations including forklift use and material handling when needed.

Additional perks include subsidized employee cafeteria, work boot and PPE program, and Costco/Sam’s club membership.THE ROLEThe Shipping Coordinator supports the daily coordination and administration of shipping and receiving activities within a distribution/manufacturing environment. This position prepares and maintains shipping documentation, coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, communicates with carriers and internal departments, and ensures materials and finished products are accurately processed through applicable warehouse and ERP systems. The role performs both administrative and operational shipping functions and may coordinate shipments involving explosives or other regulated materials in accordance with company, safety, security, transportation, and regulatory requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate daily inbound and outbound shipping activities to support production and customer requirements, including shipments of explosives, hazardous materials, and regulated products.Prepare, review, and maintain packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, freight documentation, and other required records. Verify all data as needed both on paperwork and on shipment.Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, freight providers, vendors, and internal departments.Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately in Dyna’s ERP and other systems.Communicate shipment status, delays, discrepancies, and priorities to appropriate departments and leadership.Support / backup operations in warehouse – assist with loading/unloading trucks, moving materials, operate forklift and other material handling equipment.Perform additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).Two or more years of shipping, receiving, logistics, distribution, or related experience preferred.Experience using SAP, Netsuite, Mycrosoft, or other ERP systems preferred.Forklift experience preferred; must obtain/maintain company certificationExperience with hazardous materials, explosives, or regulated transportation requirements is beneficial; company training will be provided.Must be able to pass ATF clearance checkKnowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel) products are requiredEffective communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
