Job summary

Winchester Ammunition is seeking a Logistics & Regulatory Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant global shipment of hazardous materials. This onsite role reports to the operations leadership and requires hands-on oversight of DG classifications, export docs, and regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hazmat/DG logistics and global freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with IATA, IMDG, 49 CFR, ATF, CTPAT, and HTS/Schedule B classifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier relationships, freight spend, budgets, cost savings, and process improvements.
• Oversee regulatory testing and PHMSA submissions for classification.
• Maintain DOT and CBP audit readiness and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Validate hazmat classifications, UN numbers, packing requirements, and export documents.
• Coordinate international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Monitor IATA, IMDG, 49 CFR, ATF, and export-control requirements and update SOPs.
