Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a dependable Class B Driver to support healthcare routes in the Richmond, VA area. You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps, service healthcare facilities, and maintain DOT compliance on local routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B license or valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26' box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1-3 DOT road checks

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers.
• Operate company vehicles up to 26' box trucks.
• Manage local routes and deliver timely, reliable service.
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate route changes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT logs and roadside inspections
