Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Atlanta is seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator to ensure timely movement of freight by delivering high-quality customer service and accurate documentation. You will coordinate carrier pickups, prepare export/import docs, track shipments, resolve billing issues, and advise customers on terms while complying with international trade regulations and hazardous materials handling.

Onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with opportunities to grow within a global logistics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and maintain relationships with front line personnel.
• Prepare and submit documentation compliant with transportation laws.
• Track shipments, dispatch carriers, and coordinate pickups.
• Develop quotes for freight movement and resolve billing issues.
• Handle hazardous materials and compliance with DOT/export regulations.
