DHL Global Forwarding in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Air Export Agent to manage the movement of air export shipments and serve as the primary contact between customers, customs brokers, and carriers.

You will coordinate bookings, prepare export documents, and ensure compliance with country requirements while maintaining clear communication with the customer and overseas teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates, and KPI achievement.

Formación

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Air Freight industry experience preferred.
• Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus.
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of Air Freight experience in the Freight forwarding Industry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate air export shipments with all parties and secure timely bookings with airlines.
• Prepare export documents (Logis Air, Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifest, NAFTA Certificate, Air Waybill) per country rules.
• File AES exports accurately.
• Communicate shipment status with customers and overseas partners; track departures/arrivals.
• Ensure invoicing aligns with company policy and timing.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer profiles.
• Meet KPIs set by the Control Tower.
