Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Manager, Technical Services to oversee a location or customer site related to the handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. You will supervise Technical Services staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate field projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of hazardous waste experience; duties include training, proposals, billing support, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, environmental science or other technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services (required).

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Manages field projects, keeping customers informed of progress and addressing technical questions.
• Provides regulatory information to customers and project managers and maintains records for regulatory agencies.
• Supervises Technical Services employees and participates in hiring, evaluations, training and discipline.
• Supports Sales and attends sales calls as necessary and assists in billing and cost tracking.
