Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Plant Processing Manager to supervise hourly production staff engaged in waste treatment and disposal. You will ensure production goals and permit obligations are met in compliance with RCRA regulations, under the guidance of the Plant General Manager.

The role requires leadership of teams, oversight of inbound/outbound processes, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This position is based in the United States and offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 5+ years of environmental/hazardous waste management experience in operations.
• Experience with RCRA and DoT regulations desirable.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training current or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound waste receiving and lab operations to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement KPI goals for operations and budgets.
• Manage facilities, supply inventory, and maintenance of equipment and assets.
• Direct, coach, and develop staff to meet safety and production targets.
• Maintain safety protocols and regulatory adherence across plant activities.
