Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC seeks a Plant Processing Manager to supervise a team in the treatment and disposal of waste, ensuring production goals and permit obligations are met in alignment with RCRA regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, hazardous waste experience, and knowledge of DoT regulations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across inbound, processing, and outbound stages.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; environmental-related preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in environmental/hazardous waste operations.
• Knowledge of RCRA and DoT regulations.
• HAZWOPER certification current or ability to obtain.
• Experience with waste profiling and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly production workers in treatment and disposal of waste.
• Ensure production goals and permit obligations are met in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee inbound, waste processing, and outbound operations.
• Develop and manage cost plans and capital expense requests.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence across all operations.
