Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking personnel for hazardous waste handling on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will join a team focused on removing hazardous materials from the waste stream and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

This is a physically active role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift operation, and accurate documentation. The position supports a broad range of waste management tasks across treatment areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with hazardous materials.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all climates and indoors in non-climate-controlled spaces.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, treat, store, transport and/or dispose of hazardous waste in compliance with regulations.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Operate forklift and other mobile equipment to move containers and load/unload trailers.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
