Ono Hawaiian BBQ in California is hiring Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and ensure high-quality food prepared from scratch daily.

This hourly role offers competitive pay at $20 per hour, with opportunities for growth, flexible scheduling, and benefits including health coverage and paid time off.

You will follow health codes, assist with food prep, stocking, cleanliness, and customer service, working in a fast-paced environment across our California locations.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health dept.
• Basic math skills and English communication are required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Food preparation, inventory stocking, quality control and portion control at cookline.
• Prepare multiple orders and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
