Purity Foods Hawaii is seeking a hands-on General Manager on Oahu to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and free ownership from daily operations. You will oversee copacker relationships, production quality, distribution logistics, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and sales, with accountability for both operational results and revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of operations or general management in food manufacturing or perishable CPG.
• Expertise in food safety systems and regulatory compliance (USDA preferred).
• Experience with distribution, inventory systems and KPIs; sales support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive performance against business metrics.
• Drive sales growth via key accounts, customer relationships, and new business.
• Partner with sales on demand planning, fulfillment, promotions, and issues.
• Manage copacker partnerships: scheduling, quality, yield, and improvement.
• Lead food safety and compliance programs including HACCP and recalls.
• Oversee DSD distribution, routing, inventory, UPC systems, and KPIs.
• Support new accounts, promotions, and product launches operational readiness.
• Drive production efficiency, waste reduction, on-time delivery, and cost control.
