OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Honolulu is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy across all condominium properties in Hawaii. The role focuses on maximizing hotel revenue, brand clarity, and market share while collaborating with Corporate Brand and Marketing.

Onsite, full-time at our Waikiki office, you will manage revenue strategy, oversee sales and marketing efforts, and work with Revenue Management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel sales experience with knowledge of revenue strategy.
• 3 years as a hotel sales director or related hospitality degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external sales & marketing strategy.
• Oversee sales and marketing efforts for Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER.
• Collaborate with Corporate Brand and Marketing to ensure brand clarity.
• Work with Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to meet rate and occupancy goals.
