Job summary

JTB Hawaii, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support Hawaii Product offerings, coordinating reservations, contracts, and promotions. You will assist with product setup, vendor communications, and data management to ensure smooth operations and effective promotions.

The role involves supporting sales offices in Japan and other markets, updating digital content, and coordinating cross-department communications. A strong focus on accuracy and timely task completion is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 0–2 years in customer service, travel industry, admin support, marketing support, or related fields preferred.
• English and Japanese communication skills required, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work with teams, partners, and customers.
• Basic interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product setup and reservations coordination; maintain accurate product and booking data.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, rates, commissions, and contract information; support product launches.
• Support product operations, promotions, and issue resolution for multiple markets.
• Update website and social media content related to Hawaii Products; assist with promotional materials.
• Provide cross-departmental support and ensure smooth implementation of programs and initiatives.
• Maintain data in company systems and assist in preparing sales performance reports.
