Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Market Manager for Hawaii to acquire merchant relationships and sell payment solutions across a dedicated market. You will manage a pipeline, conduct in-person client meetings 3–4 days per week, and build strong partnerships with banks and referral sources.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of sales experience, and bilingual English/Korean. This role offers base salary plus incentive, mileage reimbursement, and benefits, with a focus on Hawaii market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual, English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, creating, and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Effectively manage territory.
• Execute successful sales campaigns.
• Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales production goals within the assigned market.
• Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partner.
• Direct client engagement, including in-person meetings 3–4 days per week in Hawaii market.
• Fluent in Korean and comfortable with Korean-speaking clients and partners.
