Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon unit is hiring a MPS Market Manager to grow merchant relationships and sell payment solutions in the Honolulu area.

You will build strong partnerships with merchants and referral sources while meeting sales targets and staying aware of local market trends. The ideal candidate will reside in or near Honolulu, conduct in-person client meetings 3–4 days per week, and demonstrate independent decision-making and knowledge of banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three to five years of relevant sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, creating, and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Effectively manage territory and execute campaigns.
• Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales production goals.
• Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners.
• Direct client engagement with in-person meetings 3–4 days/week in Honolulu area.
• Fluent Korean to serve Korean-speaking clients and partners.
