The Nature Conservancy seeks an Associate Director of Philanthropy (ADoP) to lead fundraising efforts from a broad donor portfolio. The role emphasizes building relationships, strategic planning, and coordinated asks for gifts from $50,000 and above, including planned and asset gifts.

Based on Oahu, regular in-person work is expected. Youll collaborate with global teams, manage 60–100 donors, and contribute to annual goals of seven figures.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree with at least 6 years of related fundraising experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents.
• Experience in asking for and closing gifts of $50,000 or more.
• Experience in managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in large non-profits.
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices.
• Training in capital campaigns, major gifts or planned giving.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 60–100 donors, including high-capacity donors.
• Develop and execute multi-year fundraising strategies and plans.
• Solicit gifts from global and local priorities, including bequests and asset gifts.
• Collaborate with field partners and the Worldwide Office and coordinate proposals.
• Prepare budgets and develop proposal materials as needed.
