LTL-Team in Hawaii is seeking a detail-oriented Land Acquisition Agent to support our nationwide projects. You will work with property owners, public agencies, and stakeholders to secure rights for large-scale relocation initiatives.

The role emphasizes compliance with laws, including federal relocation policies, and requires research into title, easements, and land use, plus coordination with the project team to ensure timely property rights acquisition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in real estate or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret easement documents, deeds, and maps.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with acquisition projects while complying with laws and regulations.
• Negotiate with property owners to acquire land, easements, and rights of way.
• Conduct title reviews, ownership verification, and land use analysis.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely property rights acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records to federal standards.
