Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and practice of real estate management and documentation.
• Working knowledge of State Land Court and Bureau of Conveyances; typically acquired through college-level courses or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, UIPlanner, ProjectWise, eRMS, and eGIS.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and coordinates engineering plans and construction programs; clarifies real property needs with Engineers/Planners.
• Prepares grants of easements, rights of entry, agreements, permits, leases, and deeds; negotiates land rights terms.
• Manages outside private and governmental requests for use of company real property; handles new leases and disposals.
• Performs semi-annual inspections of company owned/leased properties and reports issues for resolution.
