Job summary

MexLucky in Hawaii is seeking a Field Support Technician to join the Service Department and assist with fielding customer concerns, diagnosing problems, and repairing photovoltaic and battery systems. This is an on-site, full-time hourly position, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will work independently or in teams, schedule appointments, perform tests, and process warranty information while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old and able to pass a drug screening.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Good troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Field customer calls and emails regarding service needs.
• Diagnose and repair photovoltaic, battery storage, and related electrical equipment.
• Test equipment and gather data for warranty claims.
• Guide customers through diagnostics remotely or in person.
• Coordinate service calls and keep homeowners informed of progress.
• Maintain communication with Customer Support and share information promptly.
• Follow safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts and take on special projects as needed.
