Job summary

Island Facility Services is seeking an Account Manager to own a defined book of client accounts across Hawaii. You will manage the full lifecycle from work-order intake to quoting, routing decisions, and close-out, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

You will decide between self-perform and subcontracting, source vetted subcontractors, protect margins, and collaborate with the Virtual Assistant team to support invoicing, portals, and dispatch while aligning service delivery with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facility services or related fields.
• Established network within Hawaii commercial real estate and related sectors.
• Experience selling recurring service or maintenance contracts.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of accounts and deliver fast, accurate service.
• Make routing decisions and protect margins.
• Source and manage qualified subcontractors from a shared database.
