Job summary

Island Facility Services seeks an Account Manager to own a defined Hawaii client book within Facility Maintenance. You’ll manage work orders from intake to close, decide between self-perform and subcontracting, and source vetted partners to protect margins.

Regular inter-island travel is required, with hybrid/remote flexibility depending on location. You will collaborate with production and VA teams to ensure accurate quotes, timely updates, and complete documentation while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility services, general contracting, or property services.
• Established network within Hawaii commercial real estate, facility management, or hospitality sectors.
• Experience using CRM tools, especially HubSpot, to manage pipelines and revenue forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, scoping, and initial response for every work order on assigned accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotes and ensure all paperwork and client documentation are complete.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients; provide status updates and issue resolution.
• Drive work orders through to completion; handle change orders and routing decisions.
• Escalate margin or capacity issues to the Director of Facility Maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate with VA team on invoicing, portal submissions, and dispatch.
