Job summary

NANA Management Services, a leading facilities management provider, seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead maintenance programs at client sites, supervise a team of seven and coordinate with subcontractors. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and budget oversight, with strong emphasis on customer service and accessibility.

Based in Hawaii, remote inquiries are not indicated; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in real estate or facilities management preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in facilities maintenance.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Advanced level experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Adobe.
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Preferred: airport facilities management experience.
Preferred: CMMS and BAS system experience.
Knowledge of OSHA rules for maintenance and construction.
Knowledge of construction materials and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

Oversee all facilities maintenance, repairs, vendor oversight and project planning.
Supervise a staff of seven and all subcontractor personnel.
Develop, implement and manage preventative maintenance programs for key systems.
Manage ongoing facility projects and ensure deficiencies are addressed.
Develop, manage and report on maintenance budgets.
Evaluate and manage vendors and contractors for facility support.
Ensure repairs and maintenance are performed safely and compliantly.
Inspect completed work orders for quality assurance.
Coordinate emergency responses and communicate with stakeholders.
