Bowers + Kubota Consulting in Honolulu, HI seeks a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate complex projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role focuses on field operations, safety, quality standards, and clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, and construction is required, including at least 3 to 5 years in construction management.
• CCM and/or PE certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work in varied field conditions.

• Manage construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout.
