Blueprint Hires is seeking a Construction Manager to lead building envelope projects in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will oversee on-site construction from kickoff to completion, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, solid knowledge of project operations, budgets, and contracts, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

A construction management and project management firm is seeking a Construction Manager to help them deliver building envelope projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll oversee new and existing construction projects from start to finish at their Honolulu, HI office.

Your Day Includes

• Overseeing construction on site, including field reviews, daily reports, and quality control
• Managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and invoices
• Coordinating contractors, consultants, and technicians to keep work on track
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and building envelope details
• Serving as the main contact for clients and handling construction administration and correspondence

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of construction management and project operations
• Familiarity with business and financial principles, including budgets and contracts
